@ppitti The main problem is 2-3 months notice periods. Why can’t all companies go for 2 weeks notices and 2 weeks joining.
Candidates gets 3 months time to explore and they negotiate with other companies based on current offer in hand. Switching job for a person is 1/2 year process.
