In my experience the Health Insurance Companies have been increasing premiums at a very high rate. I am not sure what the #IRDAI is doing in terms of regulations.
Regulations of costs and protection of consumer interests is a key role for a regulator

However the insurance regulator seems to be working for the insurance companies interests only
