Hi @BenQIndia I got a BenQ monitor from @amazonIN on 26/6/26, it got dead the very next day
Replacement got ordered from BenQ and same got dead after 2-3 hrs of usage,

@JioCare I’m where I usually access the internet from , it’s today that jio fiber was down on speed from mbps to kbps

Although at the moment it seems to be working fine in its expected speed.

Hi @kaffindia I’ve registered a service complaint - 251125158 on 23Nov2025, Kuldeep electro care Mandi H.P , he took the service charges ₹550 in Nov 25 took some pics of the appliance and never came back to service it.
It’s been almost 2 months now
