सवर्ण है इसीलिए भाजपा के नेता, सामान्य वर्ग के नेता, विपक्ष के नेता सब मौन हैं।

ललितपुर के विष्णु तिवारी जी पर एक कथित फर्जी SC/ST मामले में बीस साल जेल। बीस साल यातना। पैरोल तक नहीं मिली। मानो उसे जिंदा दफना दिया गया हो और उसके परिवार को सामने खड़ा करके देखते रहने को मजबूर किया गया हो।

और अब उत्तर प्रदेश की सरकार मुआवजा देने से साफ इनकार कर रही है। कह रही है यह मानवाधिकार उल्लंघन का मामला नहीं है। यानी बीस साल की कैद, रोज की यातना, टूटा परिवार, बर्बाद हुई जिंदगी, इन सबको सरकारी भाषा में मानवाधिकार उल्लंघन नहीं कहा जाता। तो साहब, मानवाधिकार उल्लंघन आखिर क्या होता है?

और यह भी याद रखिए, यह उत्तर प्रदेश है। यहां भाजपा की सरकार है। यहां मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी हैं। जिनके भाषणों में हर रोज कानून और इंसाफ का राग बजता है। जब किसी कथित फर्जी मामले में आम आदमी बीस साल काट देता है, तब इन भाषणों की एक लाइन भी काम नहीं आती।

विष्णु तिवारी को भूलना नहीं है। वह नाम हर उस आदमी को याद रखना चाहिए जो सोचता है कि SC/ST मोदी Act एक सुरक्षा कवच है। यह कानून बचाता किसी को नहीं, बर्बाद करता है। कभी सामान्य वर्ग को, कभी OBC को। और जब बर्बादी का हिसाब मांगो तो सरकार मुंह फेर लेती है।

इसलिए यह मामला सिर्फ एक आदमी का नहीं है। यह हर उस घर का मामला है जहां रात को नींद इस डर से उड़ जाती है कि कल कोई झूठा केस आ जाएगा और जिंदगी खत्म। मीडिया को इसे घर घर पहुंचाना चाहिए। और जनता को यह समझना चाहिए कि बीस साल की कीमत वोट के एक बटन से चुकाई जाती है।

जब तक यह काला कानून जिंदा रहेगा, विष्णु तिवारी जैसे लोग बनते रहेंगे। और जब तक वोट का हिसाब नहीं बदलेगा, सरकारें यही कहती रहेंगी कि मामला मानवाधिकार उल्लंघन का नहीं है। #UGC_Rollback
