@cmohry Shri CM ji, today I went to submit documents at Hospital for baby birth certificate registration. Although there's an option to mention baby name in the form, I was informed that it still has to be submitted as "B/O" - 1

@cmohry - and the name needs to be updated for "name change/update" at MCG office once the certificate is issued. Now I'm wondering why is that so, If we can complete the process at the hospital itself it will save resources and time for all.

@CMODelhi Shri Kejriwal ji, Stock holding corporation of india limited counter refused to provide stamp paper and told to buy from vendor at double price. We are poor people sir. Why can't we get the stamp paper at same price. ? Also their website charges 127 rs for Rs 10 stamp.
