When its a pre and post hospitalisation claim under 180 days?? Why the delay??

It took me 5 days to get the claim uploaded aftee multiple emails. Finally uploaded in 5th June 2026. So why the delay????

I cant upload my post hospitalisation claim because the IL app isnt allowing me to do so.. ever since the policy has been renewed.. it doesn't reflect the main claim id or number... this is an inconvenience and delaying my claim submissions.

Only post hospitalisation treatment followup consisting of
1. A FOLLOW UP BILL FROM THE TREATMENT HOSPITAL.
2. PRESCRIPTION BY THE CONCERNED Doctor.
3. Pharmacy bill.

I am allowed to claim upto 180 days which is equal to 6 months of follow up which is inline with my policy.
