@volklub@geekyranjit@GandaSingh18 Can totally relate to this. Maruti Suzuki is offering something called a "Customer Convenience Package" to vehicles who come for service and which have warranty/extended warranty expired. This plan covers damage caused due to bad fuel quality. I got mine for around 700 INR.
Whatever Platform we choose in MTA, we should ensure that it must be able to lift 25-26 ton to our advance landing grounds.
So that AAP and Light tanks can be transported directly. i.e Either A400M or Kawasaki C2.
Their fight can turn into your last Sight 😒
Never crowd a scene like this. Can prove fatal to you. No amount of regulations can stop this. Behave like a responsible tourist. Respect their space.
So, now it is over 6 months of Operation Sindoor and it is safe to share this.
During those days, just before high action, I was at a railway station somewhere in Rajasthan.
Suddenly, they announced something which I could not listen to and some soldiers came to platform. They took positions near the track & moved civilians slightly away from tracks.
Then announcements were going on—army was moving some important assets and it was an appeal to not to make any video of this. Army guys also asked people not to record or post anything.
And just by that, I saw something which is quite rare in my observance. No one took out their phone to record, no one picked a call. Army did not need to say a word to anyone. It was like collective consciousness about duty in people.
For next half hour or so, trains came and went, were loaded & unloaded, I saw amazing visuals of our war capabilities. Many things in arsenal I could not even identify. It all happened too quickly.
Never saw such a large coordinated movement before and I am sure such a drill must have happened at other stations too.
As there were no videos, I am glad other people also understood the seriousness like we did without any panic or carelessness.
2025 was a testimony that we Indians can still stand united for a national effort of war if our nation is challenged by enemies. We can certainly celebrate Republic Day in such a country.
As we are cosmetically different in religion, languages, races, financial levels, we all are united in our relentless struggle to bring back glory & honour for our country.
Happy Republic Day. 🇮🇳

Irrespective of what finally happened, this video is a perfect example of how co-axial rotors give a fighting chance to a helicopter even if it loses the tail. Any other chopper would've fallen like a brick the moment it lost its tail/tail rotor.

@YusufDFI Our babus have a mindset that is atleast a couple of generations behind and their culture is colonial. They are intellectually incapable of such revolutionary thinking.
@volklub I think we all can make a pretty good guess on who will fall into which category paaji ;). Some are just mouthpieces of certain corporates and the government.
Using local knowledge for road widening and landslide prevention in #Uttarakhand :
This landslide happened yesterday morning at a location that is around 25 km from #Uttarakashi on way to #Gangotri.
I was informed by one of the nation's most well respected scientists and geologist Dr Navin Juyal that they had submitten an alternate DPR to MoRTH in October 2023.
They had recommended not to touch the hill side and suggested viyoducted/elevated corridor. But in the DPR of BRO, hill side cutting of 12 meter is proposed.
Dr. Juyal goes on to say that this is not a great science of landslide as any local person can inform which slope is stable and which one is prone to instability.
Therefore, Dr Juyal suggests that instead of employing a battery of landslide experts, BRO or MoRTH must seriously think of employing local villagers as consultants or local knowledge experts in road widening and construction in the mountain landscape of our state.
Dr. Juyal is confident that an approach of this nature would make more than 50 percent roads in Uttrakhand disaster resilient.
