@zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal You must look into the service being provided by the platform, you take platform fee and everything and resturants are continuing with their frauds. After adding extra raita with the salan by paying extra from Bikagane Biryani at gurgaon location they are doing same fraud from last 2 times saying that with 1Kg of biryani there comes only 1 raita either complimentry or extra they will only give one raita of 50-60 ML. The support excutive named Jasleen was also behaving like a fraud supportive person. I can provide the screenshots and recording if asked.

@myvoltas If no actions would be taken from your side, I will move towards the consumer court and take the recordings and this tweets as evidence. I have each and every phone recording where the team is compelling me to pay 250 Rupees extra. Its not about the 250 Rupees, its about the unfair service being provided by team.

@myvoltas @TataCompanies The voltas service center agents are asking for extra money to install the new AC. The Pramod Rathore from Delhi region is asking for extra 250 Rupees from me, to install the AC outdoor unit on stand. They are saying either purchase stand from us. Or pay 250 extra money to install the AC outdoor unit on stand provided by you.

Already send the message, but I am not supposed to forcefully pay the money for the stand installation, as the AC outdoor unit is generally installed on the stand and I will be taking this conversation to higher authority of Voltas as well.

Aman Singh Dept. Escalation Team is aying that Indoor unit installation and outdoor unit installation is two different things, and for indoor unit installation they are charging 1600 Rupees and for outdoor unit installation charges is different. The whole matter comes to commission-based system from installation agent till Escalation team and further.

If I am purchasing the outdoor unit stand from Voltas its having cost of 750 + GST (18%) and they are not bifurcating that there is installation charge from that stand.

The whole customer care is involved in this commission based system, if I am paying 1600 Rupees for installation, why I should pay another 250 rupees for the stand installation which is bring provided by me, but if i purchase the stand from voltas, 750 + GST its not mentioned the labour charges.

I recently purchased a top-load washing machine for installation at PIN 110047, Delhi. Your technician informed me that tap installation is not included in the installation service. I request an official written and signed confirmation from your authorized India team stating this policy.

Until this written communication is provided, I will not allow the technician to proceed with the limited installation (only connecting inlet and outlet pipes). Both Mr. Mudit from the local service center and Ms. Geeta Gautam from customer service have refused to provide this confirmation, and responsibility is being shifted between teams.
Please treat this as urgent. If clarity is not provided, I will be compelled to take necessary legal action as per consumer rights.

I have recently purchased a top-load washing machine for installation at PIN code 110047, Delhi. During the installation process, your technician informed me that installing a tap does not fall under the scope of the washing machine installation service.
I require an official written confirmation, duly signed by an authorized representative of your India team, clearly stating that tap installation is not included in your standard washing machine installation procedure.

Until this written and signed communication is provided, I will not permit the technician to proceed with what is being presented as “installation,” which currently only includes connecting the inlet and outlet pipes. As a consumer, I take this matter very seriously.
I have already been in contact with the local service center representative Mr. Mudit and Customer Service Executive Ms. Geeta Gautam, both of whom refused to provide the requested written statement. Additionally, there has been continuous passing of responsibility between the customer care team and the local service center, which is unacceptable.

If your team believes that I do not have any legal avenues, I would like to clarify that I fully intend to pursue this issue through appropriate legal channels to ensure accountability for the inconvenience and lack of clarity caused.
I request an immediate written response with an authorized signature confirming your company's policy on tap installation during washing machine setup.

For installation purpose of the machine the technician has asked me that installation of Tap doesnot comes under installation of washing machine. So I need this from your India team in written and with authorized signature. I would not allow your technician to just come up with installation work (so called) to connect inlet and outlet pipe. This matter is very serious from sonsumer point of view, so I will be seeking legal action against this.
The constant connection with local area service center and custome care, they are constantly putting their responsibility on each other. I need the written communication from your team with authorized signature that the installation of tap does not comes under installation works of Washing Machine.
