This is not Unprecedented and as a Lawyer you understand it for sure. There is saying - "Very much of everything always works like Poison"

Why this is happening and why it will increase in my understanding ?

Because in Court's, from lower courts to Supreme Court, Fixers, well known, as Mr. @JethmalaniM talked about, have held Hostages Judiciary visibly. Jauges only listen a coterie of Lawyers with family and other connection and rest, specially 1st Generation Young Lawyers only get Their cause Rejected in Minutes.

I am facing this in a trial court in Mathura how ADJ are giving Flawed Motivated Judgment bg influence of such Fixer advocates even in case of Rapes.

These are not isolated cases. Judges are not adjudicating Disputes based on facts but "Influence" , i am facing this. There is a whole machinery of Gov. Appointed Lawyer's+ Court's Staff+ Judges and Public in not getting basic Justice which is primary Work of a Judge but getting Lectures of Constitutional Morality and what not from last many years.

@prabalpratap101 is not a isolated case, he is not Crazy, that's a deep Frustration of Common citizens and Public. This will only increase. I was carefully looking at Judges in that Video but they don't reacted anything because they know what's going on.

We as a Nation Demands why a "Struggling lawyer" like you and you friends never ask for a FIR in case of Yashwant Verma Cash Kand ?
