@flipkartsupport It's a shame to inform you that the issue is being closed several times without my knowledge and without any resolution. It is to be noted that the product is a sub brand of flipkart - marq. #flipkartfraud

@flipkartsupport Yes they've addressed as the payment refund will be sent to my provided bank within 5 working days. But, now it is more than 5. Why is not the refund processed yet? And also a technical person contacted me today with no network and i was not audible to her. So she hung up.
