@etihad @EtihadHelp - this is urgent needs to be addressed, economy basic(no baggage) vs value(with baggage) price difference is INR 913 whereas extra baggage is INR 34000. Its not my fault as I booked under COMFORT class but final booking came under basic..pls help

@etihad - I book the flight in economy comfort but the confirmation come through economy basic which has no baggage included. I tried speaking to my travel agent and Etihad customer support but no response. extra baggae is INR 35K which is equivalent to flight price.pls help ASAP
