@likithareddy 1. Make sure the visit fees is taken in advance. 4 to 5k per visit for a 5 year old graduate. If the client cancels, fees is forfeited
2. Client may have a genuine reason to cancel. It's unprofessional, still possible
3. Don't take cancellation personally. Work has to go on
