You don't really want to know, do you?

Very interestingly, while composing the above tweet, #iOS autocorrected “writing” to first “worrying” and then “working”.

#Apple has created some mighty fine #ArtificialIntelligence.

If there’s a sliver of sincerity in the numerous awards Bollywood gives out, #RocketryTheNambiEffect and @ActorMadhavan will sweep every single one of them.

If you’re seeing this, go and see the film. Reward yourself and its makers.

[Abhimanyu @abhiqrtz]

Just reached home after watching #RocketryTheNambiEffect, @ActorMadhavan. I’ve never done this but you’ve forced me…

You, sir, have made the finest Hindi film of the year. From the acting to the dialogue, it’s flawless.

[Abhimanyu @abhiqrtz]

I can go on but this has been a long thread already. It’ll likely drown in the sea of applause coming your way anyway.

So, I’ll just end by saying two things. Pranaam. And please, please don’t stop. Bade ki aadat bani rahe!

To date, #IPL franchises are struggling to create genuine fan emotion and engagement, especially the months the "competition" isn't around.

Anyway, what does all of this have to do with #football?

Well, it took them 14 years, but it has finally caught up. #EuropeanSuperLeague

[Abhimanyu @abhiqrtz]

#EuropeanSuperLeague and Cricket, a thread.

--

In 2007, Lalit Modi announced the #IPL.

He was inspired by the #PremierLeague - the best players, massive stadia with electric atmospheres, global TV reach, astronomical sponsorships. And iconic city-based clubs like #MUFC.

[Abhimanyu @abhiqrtz]

But why were fans really watching?

Because the #IPL had the most explosive bits of #Cricket packaged in neat, two-hour containers.

You didn't really have to support teams, you just enjoyed players hit a ball really hard and far.

It wasn't sport, it was pure entertainment!

[Abhimanyu @abhiqrtz]

@expressalways My point from yesterday...

[Abhimanyu @abhiqrtz]

@expressalways Actually, understood this just a second ago...

I think there’s ought to be one standard for what’s acceptable speech on #SocialMedia and what’ll result in a ban. Everyone knows there isn’t. #Trump is banned often because it’s easiest to ban him.

[Abhimanyu @abhiqrtz]

Here was a Caesar,
When comes such another?

Such lofty ideals, such pure expression, and such sincere gravity: absolutely the greatest political leader #India has seen. Or will in the near future.

#Vajpayee #SadaAtal
