@flipkartsupport,while purchasing new phone I hv xchange old one. Bt nobody came to pickup & it got cancelled from ur end. Now I hv lost 6250 xchng amount because of this. Xchange was sole reason why I hv purchased new phone. Either pickup my old phone or give cashback.@Flipkart
