Paid for Pureit GKK kit on 8 Apr, but due to dealership issues no service was provided. Multiple follow-ups, no escalation, payment not traceable. Forced to rely on 20L bottled RO water for 4 days. Refund requested. Very poor experience after AO Smith takeover. 😠

@RocksHulk @airindia I booked Air India Premium Economy for my mother so that she can fly comfortably in a direct flight taking least time. Now, neither is the flight direct, nor will it be comfortable.

Why not upgrade instead of downgrade when changing aircraft & the booked cabin isn’t available?
For this flight, you:
1) Added a halt (landing 4 PM→8 PM)
2) Then postponed to land 12:40 AM
3) Now cabin unavailable
— And this for my senior citizen mother on a long haul

With awareness, we also need hasslefree and fast process.

They also lapsed the wallet balance based on non-communicated terms changes, changing the wallet balance expiry to 1 Year, without communicating to the user. It seems they are trying all sources to get money from the public and keep it.

New Scam at @YuluBike :
When you ask your security deposit refund, they give you a razorpay link which never works. And the support executive repeatedly gives you the link and closes conversation. They don't want to return the money. May be short of funds.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Seems your network is hacked and is being used to try brute force attempt on web servers. Attaching screenshot of sample IPs which attempted and were blocked. It is a long list, so it's systemic and on large scale.

Yesterday, went for my infant's Passport at Jhandewalan Passport Office. In and out in less than 15 minutes with all 3 steps. What an efficiency.

Have done that several times. Have been trying for past 2 months now. It seems IEPF is still on V2 login and the V2 website is crashing while resetting the password using OTP. Request assistance please.

When I login on MCA website using Email Id & Password, it logs in. Then when I click on IEPF-5 Form under Investor Services, it shows HTTP 502 Error. Trying for past 1 week.
