This is a serious case of delivery fraud. The delivery partner knowingly misused the OTP by falsely claiming it was for cancellation and then marked the order as delivered without handing over the product. Requesting strict action and immediate refund
@Flipkart Ordered a Maxima Watch (OD337485281993213100). Wrong district was selected by mistake. Delivery agent said OTP was for cancellation, but used it to falsely mark order as delivered. Product never received. Please investigate GPS/call records & provide refund.

Requesting @more_retail to look into this and provide an extension or fair compensation. This is not acceptable for loyal customers. @moreretail
Hoping for a quick resolution and better training for staff to avoid such issues in future.

I had an active More+ Diamond membership valid till 31 May 2026, but on 15 April 2026 I was wrongly informed at the store that it had expired and was asked to renew immediately.
Due to this misinformation, I renewed early and lost ~45 days of my existing membership benefits
I transferred money from my IDFC Bank to my SBI account on 1 April 2026. It first showed Pending, later Successful, but the amount has still not been credited to my SBI account.
