@nigimmigration Thanks for the update. Now using app from play store and having the same issue. 24hrs customer service line does not work. Ticket raised, email sent & no response. We can do better, this app doesn’t work as advertised. Please provide support.

@nigimmigration I got to the biometric page but unable to complete the process. Applying from Canada I have raised a ticket, called the customer service number, sent email but no response to any of those. I had I hopes for this process and still hopeful

@gtbank I have been trying to resolve issue with a transferred I made 5days ago that was not credited to the recipient account. I have tried repeatedly to chat on the WhatsApp number indicated on the mobile App as customer services line without success.
