[Abi @abi_hinton_]

@SF_England I’ve just had 3 letters in the post all dated the 15th of sep 22 all stating different amounts i should be getting for maintenance loan. My parents income hasnt changed. I have been deducted £4k after being told i owe £1k which doesnt make sense and can’t GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU!

[Abi @abi_hinton_]

@SF_England I have had a nightmare this year trying to get my loan. I got £8k maintenance last year and my parents income has not changed yet i’m getting £500 this year which I cannot live off - I have called and sent all the evidence but still nothing!

[Abi @abi_hinton_]

@SF_England evidence of my dads state pension and it was over a week ago we posted it and i uploaded it as well 3 days ago it says everything is confirmed but i can’t get through to an adviser on live chat or phone

[Abi @abi_hinton_]

@SF_England yes they have we have done everything the same - and no i am getting £500 total for the year so £7,500 less than last year!

The level of broke you’ll reach in Uni is unimaginable 😭

[Abi @abi_hinton_]

@lwspl Didn’t realise i lived in such an unrecognised area until i moved to uni where apparently 80% of the people here haven’t heard of Southampton even though its one of the largest cities in the uk. For some reason people seem to get it when i say its opposite the Isle of Wight?!
