I’ve never seen such despair from @OfficialALW. One could never deny his colossal contribution to British Theatre & this speech only reinforces his love of our industry & utter contempt for this disgraceful government & their cruel behaviour.
He’d have practiced taking penalties. He’s a great player and an excellent penalty taker. The true greats of our game have all missed penalties. Also helping to feed hungry children is not politics, it’s just basic human kindness…something this young man possesses in abundance.
Honestly, the way GROWN MEN behaved after the final has seriously put me off football. It’s all fun and games and unity, until you lose and suddenly it’s an opportunity to act like a pig and target people based on their ethnicity? Grow the fuck up!
