@EmiratesSupport We don’t have a PIR number. They said at the reclaim desk we will get it when you send an email which we haven’t had. I have my medication in my bag and need it daily I haven’t had it since Thursday !

@bibliophilesin @EmiratesSupport There was no floods when we landed. They most of the time had one staff member on the desk for a short time they had 3 but it was awful. Our luggage is now lost too!

@drcarolinej ,you know there are 3 Storm Overflows in your constituency discharging raw sewage into rivers.But,we can #EndSewagePollution by amending the Environment Bill to place legal duty on water companies to take all steps to ensure untreated sewage is not discharged
