This is not acceptable when we are paying for a mobile service. Please check the network issue in my area and resolve it as soon as possible.

@reliancejio Hi JioCare, the network issue is still not resolved. Your team previously confirmed that this was due to temporary congestion at my location and that it would be resolved within a few days. However, I’m still experiencing extremely poor network quality.
