Nobody appreciates a 50 degree day in March more than people that live in the Midwest. People start acting totally different. It’s prime shorts and hoodie weather, time to fire up the grill, roll the windows down in the car. It’s a spiritual time for us midwesterners.
& remember - if you choose to go after *how* biden is speaking, rather than which *words* he's using, your comments hurt + are heard & internalized by a much larger group of people along the way.
(but also be sure to listen to those words and criticize where necessary)
I keep opening the Weather app & for a split second thinking that I have the settings in Celsius (in that sweet spot where F winter temps could be C summer temps)

When men frame a murderer's actions in terms of him "having a bad day" I can't help but hear them telling the world that they themselves are one bad day away from murdering women, & demanding empathy & recognition for that fact.

Fifty years ago, if you wanted to see a picture of a raccoon, you either had to already have it or drive to a library. And raccoon in a funny hat? Forget about it.
