I've been lucky to have access to services and support from @DMS_MilMed which generally is much quicker than the NHS, but the most important thing is to take the first step and get the ball rolling, and not feel ashamed or embarrassed about the things your thinking/feeling. 4/5

Today I said goodbye to my fabulous grandmother, who has been one of the biggest influences and most supportive people in my life. She lived her life to the full, touching many people lives and tackling everything life throw at her with a positive attitude. 1/4

She continued the trial drug until she became too unwell, she did this in the interest of helping others in the future. As a family we owe a lot to @renniegrove who provided her and my grandad with outstanding care and support, allowing her to pass away at home as she wished. 3/4
