@virginmedia Signed up for text updates and I’ve not received one. It’s been down for nearly 13 hours now and I can’t work for the second time in a week. How can I make a complaint?

@virginmedia Twice in one week now my broadbands gone down. And you hope to have fixed things by 16 hours time? Unacceptable, as is this Aprils price increase.

@GoPro It’s the camera itself as I’ve tested everything else and resetting it flashes one second of white screen and then nothing - GoPro support was useless and have just said take it back - which isn’t helpful when I needed it abroad now.

Oh and they don’t have an email address to contact, so you have to use a live chat that seems like it was built in the 90s & isn’t even mobile optimised and you can’t click on half the boxes to fill in your address & can only access the chat by enabling pop ups.

You suck GoPro.

Who’s 14 day old GoPro decided halfway through a holiday it no longer wants to turn on & @GoPro support is the most useless thing on this earth, can’t even tell you what’s wrong & offers you a replacement in 10-14 business days… but you have to send the broken one back first.👌🏼

It was yesterday eve (15th) before midnight - the adverts for it were showing on the pages of items (which is what made me decide to order) but the code wasn’t functioning so I couldn’t. I also went back beyond midnight and the adverts were still showing on the site.

@LaRedouteUK It wont let me DM you. The notification I was getting when trying to input it was 'Sorry your promo code has not yet started or has already expired' when the advert for the FREEDEL code was literally below the item saying not to forget to use it. @LaRedouteUK

Me thinking my whole website went down as I was making edits in the back end and coming to Twitter to find it’s actually @virginmedia … I’m not even surprised.
