Hey @virginmedia... why did this box appear on my mother-in-law's house? For 10 days she has been trying to get in touch to get it removed and the wall repaired. Noone will help as she isn't a customer... but that's the point! Please can someone help?!

@virginmedia She is the property owner. 10 days ago she was advised that someone would get back to het within 24 hours, but nothing. On Monday was told it would be fixed within 48 hours, but nothing. No reference number as she isn't a customer! Back to square one every time.

@LEGO_Group Hello! My boyfriend and I bought Ninjago keyrings when we visited @LEGOLANDWindsor in August, but my boyfriend's Cole has lost his arm already! Is there any way for us to get him repaired? He was being looked after well, so we're not sure what happened!
