@LawyerYouKnow I think they are maybe a little too confident. I feel like it’s never a good look when you promise in opening statements to present a case and then present literally nothing. If I were on the jury, I’d want to hear something from their side.

@JulieCourtTV They should’ve never offered her a plea deal in the first place. She doesn’t care, doesn’t feel remorse, now only wants $$. If I were him I’d be feeling pretty stupid right now to throw your whole life and family away for that

@CourtTV I don’t know whether he is innocent or guilty but this case definitely didn’t meet the burden of proof. Very much a he said she said. I’m surprised they found him guilty

@CourtTV His testimony makes no sense. He even said himself, he had a great life… why would he do this? To me he’s just coming off delusional. Also he wanted to “save” the little girl yet now she has this trauma to deal with…. Again doesn’t make sense
