How can I raise a complaint to Jio? Why is it too tough to raise?
This is just pathetic customer experience. I’d like to close my network and get the balance back.

Its been days now i’ve trying to reach out to somebody nw.

Today i sent the email, and got a reply to raise through app.

If your app doesn’t have option to raise a direct complaint, only then i’m writing the email right?

You have to give option Atleast to talk to some real customer care executive. When your pre set options doesn’t work out. 

I’m paying you for getting the internet access over AirFiber. If its not working how can I raise the complaint????

Can we add a feature to shuffle dishes? I can see random dishes or top ordered ones when I can’t decide what to eat today? I think it’d be really useful with “High Potential” customers🔥.
