The only sensible reason to consider different perspectives is to identify the one that is true, because truth is totally independent of perspective.
Simply put, your perspective has no influence on the state of what is true/real.

@Santandave1@jonbellion as you can see, he just announced his first headline show here in Lagos, Nigeria and I’ll be there.
Please @jonbellion we’re waiting on you too 😭😮💨
In 2002, two friends in their mid-30s left GTBank with a crazy idea.
They wanted to buy Access Bank, then ranked 65th out of 89 Nigerian banks.
Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede and Herbert Wigwe needed about $10 million for controlling interest.
Between them, they had only $2 million.
They rallied a syndicate, raised the rest, and in March 2002 took over. Aig was 35. Wigwe was 35.
Within 5 years, they raised ₦15 billion through public offers. Acquired Capital Bank and Marina Bank. Took the bank international with a UK subsidiary in 2008.
By 2019, they absorbed Pascal Dozie's Diamond Bank. By 2024, Access Holdings posted record profits.
Wigwe died in a helicopter crash in February 2024. Aig returned as Chairman.
Two boys with $2 million built one of Africa's largest banks by branches.
Any family members that are bad to you are bad because they’re bad people, not because they come from the father side or the mother side.
And if you insist that mother side are the best and father side are bad, remember your mother’s side are the father side to some people.
I hired a BD who relocated from Lagos to our then Akure office. Two weeks into the job she requested to attend a training she had registered for in Lagos. She got back to work on Monday.
I remember we had a strategy session that day..reviewed our playbook etc.. an agency even came to pitch us ... you need to see the way she grilled them, speaking in "us, we, 6 months plan, 1 year plan" . LOL
That same day, by 5PM on the dot, she dropped a resignation on Slack...and before I could say jack she's gone offline.... she left for a big commercial bank (fair enough)..... the 'training' was actually her 'onboarding'.
Employees also have dreams and aspirations. They have a dream job in mind, and 9/10 times it's not your shaky, not-funded, about-to-die, barely-meeting-payroll startup.
The onus is on you to build that company into the "dream job" that people would fast and pray to land...
Until then, support and appreciate their contributions.... and when it's time to move on let them leave with the 'loudest possible' applauds.
Game on !
This sentences by Van Gogh hits hard:
“If I am worth anything later, I am worth something now. For wheat is wheat, even if people think it is a grass in the beginning.”
Did you ever wonder… why it’s called Surah Al-Baqarah —The Cow?
This is the longest chapter of the Qur’an that contains law, justice, fasting, economy, identity…
WHY A COW?
Only Nigerians use this phrase.
Whites only see someone with the experience or someone to be trained.
What does being "unemployable" even mean? So the person is retarded and can't work regardless or what exactly?
