@Jakes_se @yabaleftonline Your post is very very wrong. They do use Mr, Ms, Ma’am . You don’t call higher ups by their first name Mr Tony or Mr Elumelu is fine then is up to that person to correct you and tell you to call them Tony. Any culture and any country will respect you. You post is wrong.

It’s the people supporting her. Even in school you call them Ms or Mr- in college it’s Professor (Last Name). If Dangote calls him Tony that’s fine they are on the same level. Workplaces also is the same. Nigerians, if you see your boss do you call them names or you say Ma & Sir

First of all he’s right to correct her. In a corporate world you only call your mate and coworker by their name- you refer to higher up as Mr, Ms, ma’am in school Professor followed by their last name. You don’t call anyone by their first name. She knew what she was doing.

They can twist your words into what is not and there are some people out there that have PhD and claim to be adult but cannot think for themselves, they wait for their favorite to come online to tell them what to do. You see all these people will hurt you.
