@SouthernRailUK I wonder if you can tell me why my delay repay got declined? Apparently I was not delayed for more than 15 minutes, but given my train got into Clapham Junction 39 minutes delayed, I fail to see the how that’s the case! I am getting very tired of this happening.

@atinyranter Sometimes just doing a google search helps, not all estate agents advertise on rightmove etc. and you have to look directly on their sites instead
