@letter_of_mark @Collinson Hi! I’m also finding the information a tad ambiguous. Does this mean the rapid PCR also includes info on the testing laboratory with a separate certificate confirming its ISO15189 accreditation? Is the rapid PCR the same test as the PCR, just faster? Thanks!

Hi @Delta , 1 week on and still no luggage, despite it being at LHR (my final destination). No advice on how to proceed, and told expense reimbursement may take 6 weeks (not great for a student!) Please help!! No answer from @HeathrowAirport either! 😞
