@StagecoachNE @BusUsersUK I had to record his behaviour at the end for my safety and to file a complaint. Eldon sq. Time - 8.38 am today. Bus x78. Got a concessionary bus pass. Asked for my ticket back, and he shut the door. I am very concerned about how he treats disabled people. Check your CCTV, plz.

Been told to get off from the bus because I have asked twice - " Is this bus going to Airport". First no answer, second - " Turn around and get off from my bus, you'renot travelling" .
Asked for reson- " Driver had a safety concern to take me" any answer @StagecoachNE ?
