ordered xmas presents on 1st Dec, click & collect in 2-3 days. Was told they were delayed but that I couldn’t cancel. was finally dispatched, but by then, one item was out of stock...I still haven’t receive the parcel?!? And no reply to my dm’s - please sort this out @hm_custserv
