As a parent you shouldn't be telling your kids that you sacrificed your life for them, It’s hurtful and manipulative, and it’s not true. You chose to have your kids and nobody forced you to have them. Taking care of them is your responsibility.
My husband just threw his entire lunch in the trash because I forgot to put a spoon and fork in his bag today. I genuinely just forgot. It was an honest mistake, one of those mornings. But he got so mad he just tossed the whole thing. Is that a valid reaction?! I need to know.
