Social media brain rot is on full display even in the conservative mainstream, like @theblaze. They’re addicted to the click bait and the revenue it brings them. There’s no audience more engaged and more loyal than the fools who believe in things like 9/11 trutherism. Same category as flat earthers and moon landing deniers. These people are stupid. Just stupid.

And this is what normal people get wrong: we think we must persuade them.

No. Normal people do not owe them explanations or additional evidence. We are not required to follow them down the rabbit hole and attempt to pick up the scattered pieces of their broken brains. We just have to call them what they are: stupid.
