🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷 Trump approved a "tanker for tanker" policy and American drones hit two Iranian tankers in the engine room
U.S. officials say todays strikes covered about 100 targets, including two Iranian government tankers anchored north of the blockade line, the first time the Navy has hit Iranian ships as retaliation rather than blockade enforcement.
Iran's answer failed by their account: around 25 ballistic missiles fired, half reaching Jordan, 10 intercepted, three landing harmlessly.
Two dozen drones at Bahrain, mostly downed.
Some 40 ships transited the strait anyway.
The engine room is where Iran has hit every merchant ship since the Vela Nova, and Washington chose the same spot on Tehran's tankers.
One official called the plan mowing the lawn, saying it bought at least a month of lowered threat.

The mullahs can survive another strike. What they cannot survive is the Iranian people deciding they’re no longer afraid of them.
The pressure from outside has created the opening. Now the pressure has to come from within.
That’s how the Islamic Republic ends.
Great discussion with @tracegallagher and @erickstakelbeck last night on @FoxNews.
HE JUST TOLD THE AYATOLLAHS THEIR HIDING SPOTS. On worldwide television.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent did not send a private warning. He looked into the camera and told the Iranian regime he already knows where they stashed the money.
British Virgin Islands trust companies.
Hundred-million-dollar houses around the world.
And he said they are going to freeze them and close it all down.
That is not a talking point. You do not name the islands and the houses on live TV unless the map is already drawn and the partners are already lined up.
Listen to what he actually said:
They are going after the regime’s assets stolen from the Iranian people.
Those assets can go to the victims of terror.
After 47 years — IT IS OVER. Either you are with us, or against us.
Read that last line again.
This is the financial hammer after the military pressure. Sanctions theater for decades let the IRGC live like kings while the Iranian people starved. Bessent just announced the offshore vaults are no longer a secret.
They thought London, Dubai, and the British Virgin Islands put them beyond reach.
Treasury just told them: we see you. The clock is running.
🚨 BREAKING:
🇮🇷 Iran: "We are sending ten thousand autonomous kamikaze drones into your airspace simultaneously. Your defense systems won't be able to detect and intercept targets fast enough to save themselves."
🇺🇸 USA: "Our directed energy counter drone grids are already active. Your entire autonomous swarm will be reduced to debris within three minutes."
BREAKING: U.S. forces began striking IRGC targets in Iran at 12 p.m. ET, @CENTCOM says.
Explosions reported around Bandar Abbas, Qeshm Island, and near the Gulf of Oman. The strikes follow Iranian attacks on shipping in the Strait of Hormuz and missiles fired at U.S. forces in Jordan earlier this week (eight intercepted).
Operations are ongoing.
🚨🇮🇶 BREAKING: Erbil International Airport has reportedly been hit
Locals report explosions from the airport's direction and footage reportedly shows an impact on the grounds, after drone strikes were first reported across the Kurdistan Region.
No statement yet from the regional government, the Iraqi government or CENTCOM.
Erbil's airport is where the American-led coalition keeps its base in Kurdistan.
Washington just approved an $800 million helicopter sale to Baghdad on Monday.

BREAKING | 🇺🇸🇮🇷‼️‼️ A second wave of U.S. airstrikes is now hitting multiple locations across Iran, with the campaign expanding against military, communications and radar infrastructure in the country’s south.
Current target areas include Bandar Abbas, Qeshm Island, Jiroft Airport, Asaluyeh and Chabahar. In Hormozgan Province, the Kuhestak telecommunications center in Sirik County has reportedly been destroyed. Underground ammunition storage facilities and radar stations have also been struck as the new wave of attacks continues.
The pattern points to a broader effort to degrade Iran’s ability to coordinate, detect and sustain military operations along the Gulf and Strait of Hormuz. By hitting communications nodes, radar coverage and ammunition infrastructure simultaneously, Washington appears to be increasing pressure on the systems that support Iran’s regional military response rather than limiting the campaign to isolated targets.

🚨🇷🇺🤝🇮🇷 Russia has secretly been helping Iran develop technology for supersonic cruise missiles through a covert program launched in 2023, according to the Financial Times.
Russian missile specialists reportedly advised Tehran on ramjet propulsion, a technology that can allow missiles to sustain speeds several times faster than sound and potentially threaten U.S. warships and other high-value targets. Iran has already manufactured and tested the propulsion system, although there is no evidence that a missile developed with Russian assistance has yet entered operational service.
🔥 The cooperation matters because it points to a deeper Russia-Iran military technology partnership extending beyond drones and ammunition. If Tehran succeeds in fielding ramjet-powered cruise missiles, it could significantly complicate U.S. naval defense planning in the region and give Iran a more dangerous long-range strike capability.
🇮🇷 Iran has reportedly launched Shahed-136 attack drones toward U.S. military bases across the Persian Gulf
There is no official confirmation yet.
Trump just warned Iran that another retaliation would bring a “much harder” U.S. response.

A missile launched from Khomein in central Iran on Tuesday night fell back after a launch failure, according to a video sent to Iran International.
The incident came after Iran’s armed forces said they were retaliating against US strikes on southern parts of the country.
🚨🇮🇷🇺🇸 TRUMP:
"If the failed Nation of Iran retaliates... they will be hit again... but it will not be the BIGGEST attack of all, that's waiting in the wings, and when it's over there will be very little left of the Islamic Republic of Iran!"
BREAKING 🔴
U.S. President Donald Trump: "The United States is, as we speak, striking Iranian Targets near the Strait of Hormuz. The strikes are large and powerful, and in retaliation for the Iranians’ failed attempt at adding sea mines to the Strait, which currently has no mines (They have been completely removed or detonated!), and the Iranians shooting eight missiles, all successfully knocked down, at our Military Base in Jordan. If the failed Nation of Iran retaliates for this very justified attack, they will be hit again at a much harder and higher level, but it will not be the biggest attack of them all, that is waiting in the wings and, when it is over, there will be very little left of the Islamic Republic of Iran! President DONALD J. TRUMP".
BREAKING: President Trump tells @TreyYingst that if Iran responds to the latest U.S. strikes, it will face a much stronger military response, warning the country could be "totally wiped out" if the conflict escalates further.
The president said the strikes targeted radar systems in southwestern Iran near the Strait of Hormuz as they were being rebuilt, adding that the USS George Washington is fully equipped to continue operations if needed.
Trump also dismissed the prospect of a new agreement with Iran, saying previous diplomatic efforts had failed.
🚨 NOW: Donald Trump announces he will "totally wipe out Iran AS A COUNTRY" if they keep retaliating against the US
TRUMP: "I think an agreement with them isn't worth the PAPER it's written on. We gave them a lot of chances!" 👀
If Iran fires back: "They'll be hit much harder...if it goes a 3rd time, they're going to be totally wiped out as a country," he told @TreyYingst
They are severely mistaken if they think they can win a battle of escalation against Trump.
Iran is worse off by the HOUR.
🚨 Breaking:
🇮🇷 Iran: "Our new hypersonic glide vehicles can maneuver at Mach 15 within the atmosphere. No missile defense system on Earth can stop them!"
🇺🇸 USA: "We have deployed next generation interceptors as well as space based tracking lasers. Go ahead and test our defense systems and watch your hypersonic machines vanish into outer space."
🇺🇸❌🇮🇷⚡️ Donald Trump has issued an explicit warning that another Iranian retaliation could trigger an even more devastating U.S. response, saying that if Tehran keeps escalating, “they will no longer exist.”
In an interview with Fox News, Trump said the United States would strike Iran much harder if Tehran retaliates again, accusing the Iranian leadership of refusing to stop and calling them “crazy” and “stupid.” He also claimed Iran had attempted to rebuild radar capabilities after losing much of its situational awareness, but that U.S. forces waited until the work was nearly complete before striking the system again. Trump added that he sees little value in any future agreement with Tehran, arguing that Washington has already given Iran too many opportunities.
The message leaves almost no diplomatic space between the two sides. Trump is signaling that Washington intends to punish every new Iranian escalation at a higher level, while also publicly dismissing the credibility of future agreements. That combination points toward a conflict increasingly driven by military coercion rather than negotiation, with each retaliatory cycle carrying a greater risk of pushing the confrontation into a much wider war.

Tehran is lashing out because America's pressure campaign is working. If we can stay resolute we will win this - and the world will be far safer because of it.
Today, regime executioner Ejei once again threatened to hang all Iranians who take to the streets - including children.
Currently at his ordes, one innocent Iranian is hanged every six hours on average.
I have no idea why at the height of this war this monster wasn't assassinated. He is a demon from hell with blood on his hands.
BESSENT: HORMUZ COULD BE “WORTHLESS” IN TWO YEARS
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent says the Strait of Hormuz could lose its strategic importance within two years as new oil pipelines bypass the waterway.
Speaking in North Carolina, Bessent predicted alternative pipeline routes would reduce reliance on the key Persian Gulf energy corridor.
“In two years, the Strait of Hormuz will be like a worthless piece of water,” he said.
