As soon as the babe got to Chioma's place, they were both excited to see each other after some months of not seeing each other. Immediately they got into the room, she began to cry to Chioma about her regrets and how her life is taking a negative U-turn. She burst into tears 😭 and Chioma tried to console her and encourage her that everything is going to be alright, as long as she’s still alive there’s hope. Then Chioma told her they need to get to work because they don’t have time.

Then both of them left for the market to go buy the pill 💊 to eliminate the pregnancy. The guy who sold it was very secretive and only a few people knew he does that so he doesn’t get arrested by the police. So as soon as they got there, they told him how old the infant is and he prescribed the exact drug for them and told them how to take it.

So they both entered a keke and headed back home.
While on the road going home, a drunk driver hit their keke from behind and caused a fatal accident, killing the keke driver on the spot and leaving both her and Chioma with life-threatening injuries. 😭😭💔 As the accident happened, both her and Chioma were unconscious at the same time while lying down lifeless in a pool of blood. People around there gathered at the scene immediately to help out and rush them to the nearest hospital close by.

Immediately they got to the hospital, they were admitted immediately and were receiving attention. The both of them were still unconscious and couldn’t say a word while the keke driver has been taken to the mortuary. The driver was also arrested by mobs and was given the beating of his life before he was handed over to the police. Her babe then began to call her phone, but it was saying switched off because it had been stolen at the scene of the accident.

He tried calling Chioma’s phone too, but it was also not reachable because her phone too was stolen. He became worried because he couldn’t reach his babe and thought she was cheating on him because she has been moving strangely lately. He thought to himself, why don’t he break up with his babe and start a new life for his own peace of mind? Because ever since she traveled to Lagos, she has changed entirely. But he kept telling himself that he loves her and really wants to marry her, but she’s giving him mixed signals.

It’s past 9 PM of that day and he is still yet to reach his babe. Her number is still switched off, same as Chioma's number. He was now scared, hoping something hadn’t happened to them due to the insecurity of the country. He kept thinking so many things and was now scared for his babe. He couldn’t sleep that night and stayed up until 1 AM hoping his babe would call him or come back, but none of them happened until he accidentally fell asleep.

The next day arrived. Chioma and his babe are still unconscious in the hospital, but they are slowly responding to treatment. According to the doctor, his babe has some internal bleeding, same as Chioma, but hopefully they would be awake soon. The guy, on the other hand, was angry at the mess his babe is putting him through because he can’t reach her and her phone is switched off. He decided to go to Chioma’s place to know what the problem is. He then prepared himself and then took off.
