@TSB I am currently being chased by a company advising I owe them £450, due to your company failing to reverse a charge back which they incorrectly did in the first place!! Nobody will help me, and say they will escalate it but nothing is ever done!

@TSB - Re-opened my complaint in August 2021 due to TSB failing to do what they agreed! Complaint is still ongoing, nothing has been done and complaint handler has done nothing since its been re-opened! How long can this really go on, am I really expected to wait another year??
