@atomberg_tech A fan installation in Mumbai takes 72 hours? 😂 Perhaps your fans are so advanced they need 3 days of engineering research! 4 calls, no appointment, no engineer contact—just “wait”. My Atomberg journey begins with frustration and poor service. Ticket: 06265684

@ActusDei @apri_sharma Website of Insurance Ombudsman Mumbai lists 6 helpline numbers. Day 1: 37 calls, 5-5:30pm — busy/no response. Day 2: 16 calls — busy/no response, until the 53rd call finally connected. 53 calls in 2 days to reach a "helpline." Smooth grievance redressal. 👏 #ombudsman

@KMohideen4982 @themahavir Filed online. Uploaded every document. Months later, the office told: "we cannot access documents uploaded on the portal." So why offer an online option the office itself can't use? Complainants lose months for a failure that isn't theirs.

[Abhishek Makwana @abm_2005]

@SanjayYada7n A structural issue in India's Insurance Ombudsman system: complaints often take 12-13 months to reach a hearing, and the hearing itself runs about 10 minutes. Insurers send repeat representatives; complainants are usually first-timers. Scarce time, unequal footing.

@BhavikaKapoor5 May be voting be done in the manner competitive exams are taken, where candidate has to select one of many options. At the end of the exam all questions are evaluated and no. of correct/wrong responses are automatically calculated by the system.

And an Oscar to this brilliant film. The @TheAcademy has recognised not only the rollicking, music-filled fantasies of Indian cinema but also the gritty but equally beautiful reality of India

As a mother, she bears and nurtures life. As s sister, she betters it. As a companion, she completes it. As a daughter, she gives meaning. When you value her, you value life!
