The Prophet ʾIbrāhīm عليه السلام once stood and made this heartfelt Duʿāʾ to Allāh:

“Our Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, accept my supplication. Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established.”
[Sūrah ʾIbrāhīm 14:40–41]

That prayer was not just for a child, but for a believing nation. We — the Ummah of Muḥammad ﷺ — are part of its answer.

And today, as millions gather for Ḥajj, retracing the footsteps of Ibrāhīm عليه السلام and his family, we fulfill the legacy that was planted with a single, sincere Duʿāʾ.

Never underestimate the reach of a prayer whispered in faith.
