New type of scam is going on in the Indian market.

When you connect with customer support, the initial agent is often an AI agent. Once it can’t handle your query, it tells you that you’ll now be connected to a real human.

Then the human starts solving your problem. Since humans take time to reply, this agent also conveniently takes time between responses.

But in the middle of the conversation, I suddenly asked, What is 3671 × 9876.45?

It gave me the correct answer. Which has no context of my question….

At that moment, I was convinced that the real human was still an AI agent even in big tech company 💀
