I don't read the cesspool of FanLax often, but this take was hard to miss. Wild that someone thinks reducing the number of WOMEN involved in WLAX is the answer. Of all the issues in the rulebook, that isn’t one of them. Small-minded and misogynistic.

I thought the facility was beautiful, so it's not a knock on any of that. But if we're looking to grow the game, let's get high-profile regular-season game down there and market the heck out of it.

Boston College up two goals with 5:55 was not what I would've guessed after that first quarter.

NW has plenty of time to cut into this lead still, but Jen Kent's in-game adjustments to send backers to their top threats has been clutch.

Something to remember, Halpern is playing with 1 YC. Which hopefully won't play a factor in the game, but the refs have really called it tight--many fouls, cards and FPS.

It feels like Martello is the attacker on the Eagles that gets the least amount of recognition, but then plays her biggest games in the biggest moment.

Inserting Abbey Herrod on the draw has helped turn the tide, too.

My thoughts on Northwestern this half--

They had less time on offense in Q2, which was more of a reflection of them having it nearly all Q1. Aside from FP goals, feel like NW should continue to take advantage from the elbows.
