@bryanbrosgolf Europe deserved to take home the trophy, with or without the half point rule, due to all the crap they put up with this week. As a die hard American, the crowds manners were embarrassing to say the least. Iโm honestly glad we got our butts handed to us.
The people complaining about this hole have never touched tournament golf in their life. Whether itโs a long par 3, or a short par 4 theyโre still going to be playing the hole according to how the FIELD is scoring. Not the hole. Par 3.5
@thejeffbaker@MyGolfSpy Been saying this forever. This is why the Ryder Cup is so great too. Would the Olympics be as exciting if it were 10-15 times a year rather than once every 4 years? No. The Ryder Cup and WM Open is the same concept.
@HawkeyeBeliever@F1@McLarenF1 Your hate for max is blinding you bud. Youโre completely missing my point. I do not care who the two drivers are, leave room to race. It seems we wonโt agree so itโs best to just walk away. Good day, and Happy Easter.
@HawkeyeBeliever@F1@McLarenF1 This isnโt about max or Piastri. Itโs bs when max does it too. We will never know if max wouldโve made that corner because there was no room to make an attempt. If Piastri leaves room, and max does what he did today, then I would agree with the penalty.
@HawkeyeBeliever@F1@McLarenF1 Please donโt associate me with buxton lmfao
If a cars front axel is between the front and rear axel of another car going into the corner, then racing room should be left for both cars. This is my opinion and I believe it produces great racing. Thatโs what we want to see, no?
@HawkeyeBeliever@F1@McLarenF1 Not sure what youโre watching but maxs front axel was even with Piastriโs sidepod during the braking phase. If thatโs considered โaheadโ of max, then you can refer to my original tweet.
@HawkeyeBeliever@F1@McLarenF1 Side by side going into T1, Piastri leaves no room for another car in the second phase of the corner. Where can VER go? โMy front axel was in front of hisโ thatโs such bs. That kind of ruling leaves no room for racing, just blocking and hoping for no contact.
No one has made themselves more emotionally available to the golf world than Rory.
Cannot even imagine the emotion here, 14 years after his Sunday collapse.
