"If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” (Matthew 21:22)
WE MADE IT. I made it! Thank you so much, Lord. 😭
Allocate 2-3 hours a day typing.
Rule number 1 during Bar Review: Schedule your readings, and be faithful in following it.
Isang taon lang (ng review) ang hinihingi sayo, ibigay mo na lahat ng oras mo. Kahit nakakabagot na, at least aral or basa parin. Mahalin mo ang review, isapuso mo. Minsan lang to.
Lalo na when you're taking mock bars seriously, like you really type it the words one by one, and without copy-pasting from other sources. Nagbibigay din yan ng muscle-memory sa fingers natin with the keyboard. Kaya itype mo lang ng itype. Practice constructing sentences ASAP.
Mock bar exams are important, graded or not graded. More than being brain-teasers, it practices your resilience or flexibility in formulating your answers. It even allows you to discover tactics in approaching the question. Nakaka-gamit ka ng new sentences on the spot!
Like, you'll realize that you are now applying the sentences you read and learned in cases and from the textbooks you read. Minsan kasi nababasa lang natin yung legal jargons, di naman ginagamit. Kaya sa mock bars mo sila i-apply. You have to write it all down to remember!
Mga ganitong araw last year na sobra akong anxious kung ano talaga mas uunahin ko or ipaprioritize ko ng full force, final exams ba sa law school na nakadepende sa syllabus ng professors, or yung coverage and outline ng Bar 2023. Huhu! Buti talaga at nairaos. One step at a time.
@diaryofaladydr1 Lol did the same thing, sib. Ang hirap din pala maghanap ng work, na kahit paralegal position inapplyan ko nalang din. ☹️ Sige lang, let's just hope and pray for better days. "Tiyaga" lang daw talaga. Hays
I never thought I would have a more difficult time finding a job now that I'm a lawyer. More so, as someone coming from the province with less job opportunities. Already contemplating to apply for a lower position such as paralegal/legal asst.
