The Qantas Freight team is used to transporting some unusual and precious cargo, but it’s not every day they’re called on to take care of a critically endangered marine animal.
You might have noticed a new product onboard our flights recently, that comes from deep below the foothills of an ancient volcano.
We’ve partnered with Yaru Water, Australia’s first Indigenous water company, to bring our First and Business Class customers high-quality and sustainably sourced water from Bundjalung country in Northern NSW.
Not only does #YaruWater have an incredible story to tell, they’re also reinvesting their sales into projects that contribute to closing the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians by creating better health outcomes in regional and remote communities.
Hear Yaru Water’s story and how @Qantas is partnering with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander suppliers.

Protestors in our city - total halfwits and just go home for the sake of all of us, you’re a disgrace and if you want the lockdown to end, you sure are going about it the wrong way !! Feel for @nswpolice being put in this position, feel free to throw the book at them

Missing our A380’s? We hear you. Our engineers are taking great care of them during their down time in the Mojave desert while we wait for international travel demand to return to pre-COVID levels. VH-OQC recently flew from Victorville to LA to undergo a gear swing procedure.
