🚨Rodri on FIFA President Gianni Infantino Secretly Engaging him with the World Cup winners’ ring in the tunnel after the final.
🗣️ Rodri: “Honestly, I was surprised. I expected it to be presented on the stage like every other award after the final whistle. Instead, President Infantino came into the tunnel after the ceremony and personally handed me the ring.
“It caught me off guard because that’s not how these moments usually happen. We had already celebrated with the fans, lifted the trophy, and received our medals. Then, all of a sudden, he came over and placed the ring on my finger.
“Of course, it’s a huge honour, and I’m very proud to receive it. Any recognition for representing your country and winning the World Cup is something you’ll treasure forever.
“But personally, I believe moments like that should happen on the stage, in front of the supporters, our families, our teammates, and everyone watching around the world. Those are memories that should be shared with the fans because they’re part of the journey too.
“None of this takes away from how grateful I am. It’s an incredible gesture, and I’ll always appreciate it. I just think the biggest moments in football deserve to be celebrated in the biggest setting, with the whole world watching.”

Your nervous system becomes skilled at whatever you repeatedly practice.
If you're trying to solve a body-based alarm with an analytical mind you usually fail.
In my free LIVE webinar, I’ll show you how to access the creative processing system that can reach what analysis cannot.

Here's the deeper lesson:
Your body is not a machine that breaks down.
It is a living system that adapts.
And it adapts to what you repeatedly practice.
5. Aging is not something that “happens to you.”
You play a critical role in how you age.
Daily habits tell your body what kind of future to prepare for.
Every day, your body listens to:
• how you move
• how you sleep
• how you eat
• how you breathe
• how much stress you carry
The body you live in at 50, 60, and 70 is being built now.
4. Sleep changes how your body ages.
It disrupts:
• fat loss
• emotional regulation
• nervous system repair
You do not become younger by hacking your morning routine if your nights are destroying your biological clock.
3. Belly fat isn't just about diet.
Dr. Wright says belly fat is a sign of a famine mentality and a nervous system stuck in survival mode.
She recommends movement breaks roughly every 45 minutes.
She suggests chair squats or wall squats, because long periods of inactivity accelerate muscle loss and worsen metabolic health.
Staying stuck in bad lifestyle habits is a direct result of mental attitude.
You say: "I'll walk later."
But, most days, "later" never comes.
In my webinar, I’ll show you how your creative brain activates a momentum mindset that changes these bad lifestyle habits into good ones.
Now, onto the 3rd fact about aging...
2. Muscles are your 'longevity organs'.
Most people think muscle mass is about looking fit.
But muscles are metabolic just like your heart, lungs, & liver.
They help regulate blood sugar, support bone health, protect mobility, and change how your body ages.
This is why walking outdoors and strength training matter after 35.
Most people think walking is for burning calories.
But walking changes your brain.
Movement increases blood flow, supports brain health, and helps protect cognitive function as you age.
The way you move shapes the way you think.
