Retail is a poison pill for any business. It inherently teaches your team to listen to retail buyers. Retail buyers only look at past seasons sales. Creates a market of boredom and lack of innovation. Customers deserve better.

There should be a system for contractors to report how long businesses take to pay them. And that information should be disclosed to any contractor that's hired by the business.
