Horrible experience with @priceline. Booked 2 rooms at @FA_Grand_Hotel in Cabo for 5 people for 5 nights. Hotel says booked for 1 person/room and $3k extra for additional 3 guests. customer service no help

@FrontierCare @FlyFrontier horrible experience flying from LAS to OAK. Flight gate was suddenly changed, but the TV displays and original departing gate still showed the OAK flight. Found out about the change only when they scanned the boarding pass but it was too late.

No other OAK today. They had no availability on SFO or SAC flights on the same day. Offered us flights for Tuesday. Asked for comp and they straight away declined it. Ended up leaving the counter empty handed. Never flying @FlyFrontier ever
