Governments don’t technically create jobs, they only make the environment easier for job creation.

The UAE government doesn’t create most jobs in the UAE. about 85% are in the private sector. The UAE government makes the system easy for investors to flow in, both local and international.

The USA, Japan, Qatar , and other well-functioning countries with lower unemployment rates did the same thing.

It took me 4 days to set up a well-functioning business in Qatar 🇶🇦, while I’ve been battling with the DTI in South Africa for the past 5 years.

South Africa has laws and systems that make it difficult for investors to operate both local and international and many locals (Black South Africans) are raised more in an employee mindset rather than an entrepreneurial one.

Locals should be more entrepreneurial.
The government should make job creation easier for any investors.
