One of the BEST Skills to learn right now is Home Building! America is behind over 4 million homes and this is why Real Estate is becoming Unaffordable and almost IMPOSSIBLE for Generation Z and beyond to own. The AMERICAN DREAM IS DEAD AND GONE! So why do you need to learn how to Build? Because that is your least expensive way at owning a brand new property in today’s America. Over the next 20 years we will have rapid development by some of the largest companies and institutions, and most these homes are being built for you to RENT not OWN. It’s already happening

According to Point2Homes there are over 110,000 homes being BUILT FOR RENT right now in America.

Now Look imagine if they continue this for the next 10 years ? That’s Millions of new SF rentals hitting the market and that doesn’t count the millions of multi family rentals that will be Built also!

Why do yall think so many rentals are being built? The goal is for you to not own anything , work 8 hours a day just to BARLEY Pay the rent and spend the rest of your money as a CONSUMER. These jobs don’t plan on paying enough for you to own a Home and to tell you the TRUTH, they plotting on your replacement right now (Ai). I’m not telling you to quit your job, use your job just like it’s using you.

One of the Best Pieces of advice I’ve gotten is “You only have 100% of yourself”

This helped me make my decision to drop out of college, shut down my Glass business, and pursue Real Estate full time. My choice was either to give 50% of ME to college 25% to my glass busines and whatever is left to my Real estate company …. Or I can go ALL IN on one thing… I chose Real Estate

Most of yall out here chasing the “Shiny object syndrome” where you get on social media and see one idea and instantly interrupt what you’re already doing because you think you need “multiple sources of income”

The reality is you just need to add verticals to what you’re already doing. I started off Wholesaling Real Estate and have since been able to turn that into a Fix N Flip Business, which led me to Development.

As of Today I am able to generate income in my business through Developments, selling my IP (mentorship), and through events. ALL of these verticals flow from my Main thing which is REAL ESTATE. It didn’t happen overnight but if you stay FOCUSED and give your all to that one thing it will GROW

I remember back in Highschool most of my friends wanted to graduate college get a job paying $90,000-$100,000 and then marry someone making $60-$80,000 because they would combine for $180,000 and As a kid I always felt like those numbers didn’t add up, Why?

1. I’m a MAN and my father taught me that we as Men are Providers, so I never planned on depending on income from my woman. (don’t get it twisted, it’s good to have someone else making bread but never DEPEND ON IT)

2. $180,000 just isn’t a lot of Money to live a truly Free life

I always was focused on millions because if the people on TV are doing it then “Why not me?” 🤷🏾‍♂️ My friends used to tell me that I need to be realistic and my response always was if u see one person doing it then it’s REAListic ‼️

My advice to you is to NEVER let someone else place their limitations on you and that’s why it’s good to stay to yourself with your goals because people will try to make their reality your reality!

The window for getting REAL MONEY is starting to close for Generation Z and Millennials …..after the next 5-10 years the only 3 ways to truly be free will be to
-Learn a SKILL (Plumbing/Electrician/ Roofer/HVAC/etc)
-Entrepreneurship (Service base business that solves a Problem)
-Become an expert in “Ai”

I don’t think People Realize the shift that’s already occurred. The old system that took care of some of our Parents and Grandparents has FAILED.

Most of us don’t have time to stop our lives for 4 years to get a “Degree” and then try and convince a job to pay you enough to survive.
